Labradorite
Labradorite is a variety of feldspar and is sometimes called 'spectrolite'. It displays an optical effect, known as iridescence: when light strikes the stone at a particular angle it displays metallic tints of violet, blue, green and yellow. Hardness: 6 (Mohs).
