Scapolite

Scapolite, also known as wernerite, is a little known gemstone first discovered in Burma (Myanmar). The name refers to a series of gemstones varying in colour due to the varying chemical composition. A very useful stone for wedding jewellery. Hardness: 5.5-6 (Mohs).
